My inspiration stems from a scientific curiosity in the natural world. The order that emerges from chaos drives me to create works that reference the macro and micro, random patterns, and the interconnectedness of our environment. In making works of art, my goal is to turn an esoteric subject into an approachable one, and hopefully open the viewer’s eyes to the beautiful and ubiquitous patterns composing our world. In this, one might find peace that we are all connected through the randomness.
